Matburn Wrestling offers Jiu Jitsu, a cornerstone of self-defense and a great complement to wrestling, and we’re excited to include it as part of our programming. Jiu Jitsu is a martial art focused on grappling, with wrestling and ground fighting as a major element. Our focus is to develop real-world self-defense skills but also improve fitness and confidence.
