Matburn is an adults only wrestling club. Anyone 18+ is welcome to attend.

Matburn meets every Wednesday at 7:00 PM

Yes, we have licensed/certified fitness instructors at Matburn. A big part of our mission is to have an exercise/light conditioning routine that is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

We will do our best to pair you up with a partner that is as close to your age, size, and skill level. If there is not an appropriate partner present a Matburn staff member will work directly with you. 

You can wear sweats or shorts (with no pockets or zippers), and a t-shirt. Don't wear jewelry or loose fitting items (fingers can get tangled in them). No street shoes are allowed on the mat. Wrestling shoes are preferred, but socks, and barefoot are acceptable.

Keep your nails trimmed!

Do not attend if you have any skin conditions that may get infected: open cuts, fresh tattoos, lesions, etc.

Please ensure any body piercings that cannot be removed are fully covered.

Make sure to wear clean clothes to practice, and shower after each session when you get home.
