Matburn Wrestling is excited to offer free sessions for high school girls, ages 14 and up, every Saturday in April. Join us from 9:00-10:15 AM to learn the fundamentals of wrestling, advanced techniques, and improve your strength.

Wrestling Fundamentals
Mondays at 8:00 PM, Matburn Wrestling is adding a fundamentals session for adults.
The price is still just $10 per session. Fundamentals are important for beginners and experienced wrestlers alike.

Our training combines fitness and wrestling into an enjoyable and safe workout for all levels of wrestling experience, fitness backgrounds, and abilities.

We are former wrestlers, who have wrestled at different stages of our lives but continue to love the sport. Like most adults, our wrestling careers ended in high school or college and now is a distant memory.
